Our childrens kickboxing classes are safe and well structured. Children follow the SAMA
grade system which goes from beginner right through to black belt level. As they progress the children learn different punching and kicking combinations and techniques. Our Kickboxing gradings are held locally so no need to travel miles when your child is ready
for their next belt!

Classes consist of skipping, pad work, stretching, kickshields, shadow sparring, exercise and much more, all done to energising music. Everything needed for training is provided meaning no need for parents to rush out and buy lots of expensive equipment!

Classes are also very safe as there is no contact at lower levels. We do teach sparring but only to our higher grades who are able to use control and only if they wear full protective equipment. Children within our classes are fully supervised by our professional instructors

Classes are for children aged from 8 years old. There is no need to pre-book, just come along about 15 minutes prior to the start time of the class to fill out a simple medical registration form. Dress your child in suitable clothing for exercising and it is recomended they bring a cold drink.
